A Balanced Approach to Goal Setting

  I want to encourage you to simplify your approach to goal setting by setting individual goals for all areas of your life. Our yearly goals journal exists because of this ONE step…balance. I believe it is vital to have a balanced approach when it comes to setting and achieving your goals, and so I have designed our journal to reflect that belief. By setting a goal for each area of your life, your entire life will be more rounded. Take a few minutes to write out a goal for each of the above areas. In case you get stuck when getting started, I've included samples in the 2017 goals journal that you can use.
